YULIYA ANDRESYUK

Ms Andresyuk is a founding partner of Oracle Family Office.

Her practice focuses on representation of international clients in cross-border financing transactions, corporate structuring, intellectual property protection and registrations. Ms Andresyuk has also developed firm’s practice in private debt financing and is actively involved in bond issuances and listings.

Ms Andresyuk has 10 years’ experience in corporate law with an emphasis on IP protection and M&A transactions. Ms Andresyuk’s practice regularly involves complex shareholders and investment agreements, private financing transactional support, and complex transactional structuring.

Ms Andresyuk received her Juris Doctor degree with destinction from Institute of International Relations in Kiev, Ukraine and her Masters in Law with emphasis on securities and corporate transactions from Georgetown University Law School.

Ms Andresyuk is admitted to the New York State, Virginia State and District of Columbia Bars. She is also a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.

Ms Andresyuk is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.
